As noted when I set up the site, it’s a bit premature, but I’m starting to think about what will go here. At a minimum, I plan to put full copies of at least some documents I’m excerpting for the casebook.

Along those lines, I managed to find (via the invaluable Wayback Machine) my old copy of the investigation report from the Superman: Ride of Steel (at Six Flags New England) tragedy, where Stanley Mordarsky was thrown to his death. I thought my copy of the report was gone forever in what I believe was a hard drive crash, but I managed to find it on an old version of my site. So it, and a copy of an old version of the McKamey Manor waiver, can be found at the Resources page.

I’m close to done with the first seven chapters of about twelve or thirteen. I think I’m through the chapters that will end up being the longest, but I guess we’ll find out. My draft is due to the publishers at the end of this calendar year; I think I’m on track for that.
